Shipping policy

Shipping & Order Policy – DEIVALE

At DEIVALE, I operate as a small independent business. I source products from trusted international suppliers to offer unique items at competitive prices. Because of this, shipping times and processing times may vary.


Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Once processed, your order is forwarded to my fulfillment partners for packaging and shipping.

  • After an order is submitted, it immediately enters the supplier system and begins processing.


Order Cancellation Policy

Because orders are quickly processed through third-party suppliers:

  • Orders can only be cancelled within the first 1 hour after purchase.

  • After 1 hour, the order is already being processed or shipped and cannot be cancelled or changed.

  • If you request cancellation after the allowed time, I will try my best, but cancellation is not guaranteed.

If the supplier rejects the cancellation request, the order will continue shipping as normal.


Shipping Time

Items ship directly from my international suppliers. Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard International Shipping:
    8–20 business days

Some items may arrive earlier or in separate packages.
Shipping delays may occur due to customs, weather conditions, or high-volume seasons.


 Order Tracking

  • Most orders receive a tracking number within 3–7 business days after processing.

  • Tracking information may take several days to update, especially while the package is in international transit.


Multiple Shipments

If your order includes multiple items, they may arrive separately.
This allows products that are ready earlier to ship sooner.

 Customs & Delays

Customs processing times are not within my control.
Any customs fees (rare for small packages) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Delays may happen due to:

  • Weather or natural events

  • Holidays or peak shopping seasons

  • Customs inspections

  • Supplier stock delays


Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, I cannot offer a refund.

  • I can reship the order once a new shipping fee is paid.
